Job description

Are you an RT Level 3 seeking to be a pivotal member of a leadership team, working towards ambitious growth plans for the site?

Want to join a company that empowers you to take charge of your career; that rewards excellence and integrity with growth and development?

Do you feel it important to engage and mentor technicians; to develop and value their professionalism and integrity; to engender an ethos of 'second-best is not good enough'?

Are you interested in the challenges of inspecting large castings using high energy x- and gamma rays?

If so, I want to hear from you. I'm looking for a proven leader.

You will be a member of the operational leadership team in one of the various laboratories across the business, and under the supervision of a new General Manager. In partnership with the Operations Manager, you will be the technical lead.

What does the new General Manager think of working for this company?

"One of the most refreshing things so far is that [my client] are not just a company that wants to influence change in a positive manner and create growth, they are actually delivering on their resourcing and commitment to get it done."

A strong background in writing NDT radiographic procedures for large castings is required. Experience of mentoring and training NDT personnel in an NDT lab is highly desirable.

My client is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world. Globally they have more than 6,500 brilliant minds operating from 200 sites across 30 countries. They have bold plans to hugely grow the business in the near future. Whilst this company has a global reach, working there feels like being part of a smaller company.
