This is an aerospace sector vacancy, however, if you don't have that experience or certification, this is an excellent opportunity to enter aerospace, as my client is willing to accept holders of PCN (or ISO 9712).
Training will be provided to gain EN 4179 certification. What's more, you will be certified to inspect CFRP composite parts - a rare knowledge and skill set.
Salary will rise to reflect successful attainment of company's authorisation to work to aerospace standards.

My client is based in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside of south Gloucestershire. They offer a hybrid working arrangement to suit you and the business. For example: 2 days in the office (accommodation paid if not commutable from home base), 3 days home.
You will play a pivotal role in my client's Surface Treatments Operation. You will provide your expertise within the following market sectors of the aerospace industry: aerostructures, landing gear, brakes, aero engines and avionics (aerospace experience is desirable, but not a requirement).

If so, you could be supporting my client's Special Process Manager - yes, just you and him will be responsible for the company's NDT processes. This is a newly created role that will also encompass heat treatment and passivation processes.
My client is a recognised leader as a manufacturer of aerospace springs. These springs are handmade and finished to high tolerances. Their function is to operate in many safety-critical assemblies on an aircraft, for example: brake units, undercarriages, fuel and hydraulic systems, etc.
