NDT Resources has just completed a lengthy recruitment campaign for one of the largest employers of NDT personnel in the world. We sourced two senior NDT managers for SE Asia and one for Australia. We would like to think that we added value to their recruitment efforts.
What is meant by this?
Adding value to a business proposition can be simply explained by using the following formula:
