Adding Value to an International Recruitment Campaign- A Testimonial

First published May 7th, 2019

NDT Resources has just completed a lengthy recruitment campaign for one of the largest employers of NDT personnel in the world. We sourced two senior NDT managers for SE Asia and one for Australia. We would like to think that we added value to their recruitment efforts.

What is meant by this?

Adding value to a business proposition can be simply explained by using the following formula:

Value formula

By adding benefits and/or reducing costs to a customer provides increased value to that proposition. To illustrate how we did this, in this instance, I can do no better than reproduce a testimonial from my client's Global Technology Services Director:

Paul provided a fast, reliable, affordable and highly professional service to me when I was seeking to hire senior advanced NDT specialists to grow my global business. He took time to understand and refine my requirements and play them back in the form of concise written notes - recognising my time pressures.

Leveraging his contacts, search skills, industry knowledge and decades of proven experience; he took considerable hassle out of the process by sifting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for Asia and Australia that were so good I ended up hiring more people than I'd planned!

I was particularly grateful for his strong organisational and communication skills throughout the process - he certainly went the extra mile to make my life as easy as possible - including arranging interviews in multiple countries and time-zones.

It can be seen what benefits we provided by our expert knowledge of Non-destructive Testing and a professional approach - all for a cost that others would find hard to match. Thus, NDT Resources provided immense value to our client. So much so, that...

I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and we will certainly be reaching out to him for senior and junior staff in the near future.
